Seven Months (and a half)

So I’ve been super bad at blogging lately. So here are Levi’s six month pictures:

Levi also got his first “real” hair cut. I’d trimmed it before but this one used the clippers. Here are the before, during and after pictures:

We also took a little trip to Island Park, ID right after Levi turned 7 months old. It was so fun to spend time with family. Cora loved it too. Here are some highlights of the trip.

I forgot to take pictures of Levi at 7 months, but here are some things he’s doing now:

  • Eating lots of solids-he likes pretty much anything but loves applesauce the most.
  • He’s attempting to crawl, he can’t quite figure it out and when he does move it’s always backwards. Oh well, he’ll figure it out.
  • He now says “mama” and “dada” a lot, and sometimes will switch which one he is saying to get the response he wants. Usually he says “dada” when he’s done eating or sleeping and wants to play and “mama” when he falls over and get’s hurt. I guess we know our rolls in life :)
  • He tries to pull up on everything still, but he can’t stand on his own yet.
  • He thinks when other people laugh it’s so funny and starts laughing himself. He’s such a goon.
  • I think he’s hitting a growth spurt though because he’s almost outgrown his 6-9 month clothes that he just starting wearing two weeks ago. Usually he’s behind by about a month. Oh well. I guess it’s time to go shopping.

Well that’s all I have for now. Hope you enjoyed Levi’s seventh month of life. See ya later!
